Coordinates and leads this 18-bed critical access hospital with an average annual revenue of $12 million while overseeing 78 employees with nine direct reports. Oversees a medical staff department of two physicians and six mid-level providers. Direct reports include Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Information Technology, Revenue Cycle Management, and a hospital-based clinic.
▪ Increased Swing Bed volume from an average daily census of two to 14.
▪ Increased primary care clinic census from an average of five to 18 daily by incorporating a walk-in clinic provider.
